HONDA RRC Intake Manifold. The famous RRC manifold is a genuine Honda part which is found as standard on the Civic FD2, however straight out of the box it needs modifying and will not fit the K20.
Ours are modified here in the UK on our CNC vertical machining centre, and are therefore ready to fit straight onto a Civic Type R EP3 or Integra Type R DC5. This is the best inlet manifold available for the K20A engine and it out performs most other manifolds through the whole rev range. With an aftermarket ECU like a Hondata K-Pro or Haltech Elite 1500, this manifold can give up to an extra 20bhp.
When paired with the 70mm throttle body for Honda K-Series engines, this is one of the ultimate intake solutions. Our Throttle Body is made from billet aluminium and anodised in black for durability, also featuring a dual bolt pattern, this is a great addition for your ported 70mm intake manifold.
This bundle is also supplied with a Genuine Honda Intake Manifold Gasket too.
Please note: The slam panel on both the EP3 and DC5 will need trimming slightly to accommodate the chunkier RRC manifold.
