Underbody strakes that generate vortices in the dirty airflow around the front control arms, reducing drag and increasing underbody downforce. On a vehicle equipped with a front splitter, swan neck rear wing, and rear diffuser, testing showed a 3% increase in total downforce with no drag penalty, and a 4.5% forward shift in aero balance — allowing more rear wing angle of attack for the same overall balance.
Installation is bolt-on and fully reversible. GM part numbers 85642606 and 85642607 are required for installation.
