Tein Mono Racing Coilovers Honda Civic Type R FL5 22+
The Tein MONO RACING is a mono-tube, full-length ride height adjustable coilover kit developed for drivers who regularly take their car to the circuit. Built on settings derived from Tein's high-end SUPER RACING platform and real-world motorsport data, the mono-tube construction completely separates the oil and gas chambers, eliminating aeration and delivering stable, linear damping force even under repeated aggressive driving on track.
For strut-type suspensions, the MONO RACING uses Tein's highly rigid Upright Strong Tube structure — developed through WRC and WRX competition — with the damping force adjustment knob mounted at the top for quick, easy access during trackside setup changes. The kit features 16-level damping force adjustment using the ADVANCE M.S.V. system, which combines fine micro-speed damping control with a wide adjustable range for superior steering response and traction. Front strut upper mounts are pillow ball type with both camber and caster angle adjustment (caster adjustable in 4 steps), and lower brackets include camber adjustment via eccentric collar. At the time of purchase, spring rates can be changed by +/-2 kgf/mm from the standard set at no extra charge. Damping force and stroke customisation is also available at the point of purchase. Full overhaul and revalving service available after purchase. Compatible with the Tein EDFC series.
