The ST6 CMR Carbon Lite is part of Stilo's ST6 junior karting range, homologated to Snell CMR 2016. It's the evolution of the ST5 CMR Composite and uses a Carbon P-Matrix construction that combines the lightness of carbon with the affordability of a fibreglass shell. That replacement means the older CMR Composite version has now been discontinued.
The shell has been completely re-engineered to be both lighter and physically smaller, giving a more compact fit and improved aerodynamics without losing comfort. The XS shell covers head sizes 53–56 and the S shell 57–59, weighing 1050g and 1120g respectively. Every CMR model in the ST6 line has been refined for more airflow around the helmet and a wider field of vision for better sight of the track.
The helmet comes with a 3mm double-glazed FIA-approved clear visor and an updated locking system that complies with international motorsport standards, consistent with the rest of the ST6 range.
