RSE Full Titanium Exhaust Toyota 86 / GR86 / Subaru BRZ Type-D
The standard 86 and BRZ exhaust runs pipework of only 53.5 to 55mm, and Real Speed Engineering's Type-D replaces it with 80.5mm titanium stepping down to 76.3mm, feeding twin 152mm titanium silencers and a 118mm sub silencer into dual 115mm tips. Wall thickness is 1mm throughout with 8mm flanges, and the complete exhaust weighs 10.9kg against 16kg standard on the ZN8 and ZD8 cars, or 17.4kg on the earlier ZN6 and ZC6. It's supplied as a complete kit with the gaskets, bolts and anti-seize compound needed for fitting, with no standard parts to source beforehand.

- Sound levels are RSE's own reference figures, measured at 5,250rpm with the exhaust alone fitted. On ZD8: 105 decibels with no sound reducer, 99 decibels with a sound reducer, 94 decibels with the Sound Reducer ver.2. On ZN6: 108, 101 and 95 decibels respectively
