RSE Full Titanium Exhaust Mitsubishi EVO 8 9 USDM Bumper
Real Speed Engineering's full titanium exhaust for the Evo 8 and 9 follows a racing layout, with bends kept to an absolute minimum and only the smallest bend angles used where the car's structure forces a change of direction.
No flanges are used at the intermediate joints at all, the three sections being held together by springs and clamp bands instead, and where a flange is used it is 6mm thick against the standard 12mm. Main pipe diameter is increased to 80mm from the standard 60.5mm with 1mm wall thickness against the standard 1.5mm, feeding a 152mm titanium silencer in place of the standard 100 by 440mm oval and a 115mm titanium tip in place of the standard 100mm. The complete exhaust weighs 4.9kg against the 16kg standard unit, a saving of 11.1kg, and RSE have dyno tested it against the standard system. It's supplied as a complete kit with all the gaskets, bolts and anti-seize compound needed for fitting.

Please Note
- Sized for the North American specification rear bumper. The Japanese bumper version is RB6090-MT01A, which differs in silencer length and some of the included parts
- If fitting a Sound Reducer ver.2, an additional bolt hole may be required
- Standard figures quoted are for the Evo 9
