RSE Full Titanium Exhaust Honda Civic Type-R FL5 (Type-D — Dual Exit)
Dual-exit layout adding a main silencer ahead of the sub silencer, using the same 80.5mm pipework as the Type-R.

Real Speed Engineering's full titanium exhaust for the FL5 Civic Type R replaces standard pipework of just 60mm with 80.5mm titanium throughout. Wall thickness is 1mm, with 8mm flanges against the standard 6mm. It's supplied as a complete kit with all the gaskets, bolts and anti-seize compound needed for fitting, so there's no need to source any standard parts before installation. It's available in two exit configurations, both replacing the standard triple-exit arrangement.

Please Note
- An Active Sound Control canceller is not included. The vehicle-side harness should be protected with insulation tape and secured to nearby structures with cable ties
- Sound levels are RSE's own reference figures, measured at 3,500rpm with the exhaust alone fitted
