There is nothing inside this sensor to wear out. It reads throttle position through a zero-contact magnetic Hall Effect signal, so there are no contact points rubbing together as there are in a traditional OEM TPS. K-Tuned went looking at the sensor technology used on F1 and Le Mans cars specifically to find a TPS that would survive the vibration of solid and semi-solid K-series swap mounts, and this is the result. This latest version is slimmer than K-Tuned's previous Hall Effect unit and sits close to the throttle body like the OEM sensor, which solves the one clearance issue the earlier design had. It accepts the OEM connector and is plug and play aside from calibration in your ECU software.
Key Features
