Airtec Motorsport Ultimate Series Intercooler for Nissan R35 GT-R
After a two-year development process, this ultimate-spec, large-capacity intercooler kit is built for highly modified Stage 4-and-above R35 GT-Rs needing the highest possible cooling efficiency for track or fast road use.
Airtec trialled a variety of end tank designs, boost pipe connectors, and both tube-and-fin and bar-and-plate cores before settling on the final design: 3" formed inlet and outlet pipes flowing freely through custom end tanks into a huge, 110mm-deep bar-and-plate core capable of supporting 1,500bhp, with an angled air deflector to further aid flow within the vehicle's lower grille area. It fits neatly behind the original bumper, though it does require modification to the original plastic intercooler surround, and comes complete with a 20-piece big boost pipe and hose connector kit including pre-turbo induction pipes and Airtec foam air filters.

- Choice of BOV setup: keep stock valves, upgrade to Turbosmart Dual Port BOV (recommended for Stage 4+), or have the boost pipe kit modified with custom flanges for a specific BOV (Stock, HKS, Greddy, etc — contact Airtec when ordering, additional charges apply)
