Airtec Motorsport Turbo Elbow for Audi RS3 8V / 8Y / TTRS (8S) (RHD)
Part of Airtec's expanding Audi range, this cast turbo elbow addresses the 2.5 TFSI engine's biggest bottleneck — the turbo elbow, which narrows dramatically as it runs down behind the engine to the turbo.
Airtec's in-house design makes the most of the available space with a 4"/102mm inlet that tapers smoothly, with no aggressive step, for optimum flow throughout. The result measures 8,171mm² at its widest cross-section, against the original's 5,026mm² — a 62.5% increase, averaging 30% larger internally overall, sharpening throttle response and reducing restriction. Made from high-quality cast aluminium, it's a direct replacement designed to work with Airtec's own induction kit (similarly sized aftermarket kits should also fit), with an indentation added for brake master cylinder clearance on this right-hand drive version. Machined flanges (62.8mm and 65.7mm) are included to suit both standard and various hybrid turbos, along with a Pro Hoses replacement silicone breather hose, vacuum line and new O-ring.
