Airtec Motorsport Turbo Elbow for Audi RS3 8V / 8Y / TTRS (8S) (LHD)
Part of Airtec's expanding Audi range, this cast turbo elbow addresses the 2.5 TFSI engine's biggest bottleneck — the turbo elbow, which narrows dramatically as it runs down behind the engine to the turbo.
Airtec's in-house design makes the most of the available space with a 4"/102mm inlet that tapers smoothly, with no aggressive step, for optimum flow throughout. The result measures 8,171mm² at its widest cross-section, against the original's 5,026mm² — a 62.5% increase, averaging 30% larger internally overall, sharpening throttle response and reducing restriction. Made from high-quality cast aluminium, it's a direct replacement designed to work with Airtec's own induction kit (similarly sized aftermarket kits should also fit), with an indentation added on RHD models for brake master cylinder clearance. Machined flanges (62.8mm and 65.7mm) are included to suit both standard and various hybrid turbos, along with a Pro Hoses replacement silicone breather hose, vacuum line and new O-ring.
