Airtec Motorsport Stage 3 Intercooler Upgrade for Peugeot 207 GTI
Part of Airtec's expanding Peugeot/Citroen range, this Stage 3 intercooler offers reduced charge temperatures over the original OEM item on the 207 GTI 1.6 turbo — particularly beneficial on remapped examples.
A high-flow, twin-pass core design is wider, taller and deeper than the original for a significant increase in frontal area and capacity, while still allowing plenty of airflow to the top of the radiator — important for hotter climates. High-flow, moulded one-piece cast end tanks direct flow efficiently, fitting neatly behind the original bumper with no trimming or cutting, and can be reverted to standard. The kit includes Pro Hoses silicone connectors and pipework.
Tested
At AmD Tuning (19°C dyno cell ambient), two runs showed inlet temperatures of 190-193°C dropping to just 23-25.5°C at the outlet.
