Airtec Motorsport Stage 3 Intercooler for Audi TTRS 8S
Freshly developed at Airtec's UK HQ, this Stage 3 front mount intercooler with integrated crash bar design (replacing the stock crash bar) is aimed at modified TTRS 8S owners chasing the highest cooling efficiency, power and performance for track or fast road use.
The finished design runs 70mm inlet and outlets flowing through custom end tanks into a stepped 100mm to 50mm single-pass core. By integrating the crash bar into the design, the intercooler makes full use of the entire front grille area while retaining the towing eye. This gives a 125% increase in surface area and 108% increase in volume over standard, radically reducing charge temperatures and supporting builds over 500bhp. The kit includes Airtec's CAD-designed end tanks, laser-cut brackets and a replacement silicone hose for the headlight washer jet.
