Airtec Motorsport Stage 2 Intercooler for Fiesta Mk8 ST-200
Part of Airtec's expanding Mk8 Fiesta range, this Stage 2 intercooler slots between Airtec's Stage 1 and Stage 3 solutions, a direct replacement for the smaller, more restrictive OEM item on the ST-200.
Working within the limited space behind the bumper, Airtec built a much taller core for a significant increase in overall capacity and frontal area over standard. High-flow, moulded one-piece cast end tanks direct flow efficiently through the core. It's a direct replacement, attaching to the original boost pipes and clips, finished in high-quality black powder coat.
Tested on Track
Airtec tested the Stage 1, 2 and 3 intercoolers back-to-back at Brands Hatch. The Stage 2 offered notably better gains than the Stage 1 thanks to its bigger core, though it couldn't quite match the Stage 3's ability.
