Airtec Motorsport Stage 2 Intercooler for Audi S1
Freshly developed at Airtec's UK HQ, this Stage 2 front mount intercooler with integrated crash bar design (replacing the stock crash bar) is aimed at modified Audi S1 owners chasing the highest cooling efficiency, power and performance for track or fast road use.
60mm inlet and outlets flow freely through custom end tanks into an 80mm-60mm deep, single-pass stepped core. By integrating the crash bar into the design, the intercooler makes full use of the entire front grille area while retaining the towing eye. This gives a significant increase in surface area and volume over standard, radically reducing charge temperatures and supporting builds over 500bhp. It fits neatly behind the original bumper with no modification, and includes Airtec's CAD-designed end tanks, laser-cut brackets and a replacement silicone hose for the headlight washer jet.
