Airtec Motorsport Side Mount Intercooler for Renault Megane 4 280 & 300
Freshly developed at Airtec's UK HQ, this uprated front mount intercooler is aimed at modified Megane Mk4 RS owners chasing the highest cooling efficiency and performance for track or fast road use.
Renault Sport's original cooling package prioritised the radiator, leaving a small but deep intercooler positioned to the left, which limited how large a replacement could be built. Airtec's stepped-core design works within that same space for a 42% increase in overall capacity and more frontal area than standard. CAD-designed, moulded one-piece cast end tanks direct airflow efficiently in and out of the core, and an additional air scoop maximises frontal airflow, matching the original setup. It's a direct replacement finished in black powder coat, with a replacement Pro Hoses silicone top pipe and the bottom attaching to the original boost pipe and clip.
