AIRTEC Motorsport's Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) oil catch can kit, developed specifically for the Civic Type R FK8 for track or fast road use. Catches blow-by gases and vapours before they re-enter the intake system, helping prevent carbon build-up on the intake valves over time, a known issue with direct injection engines.
The kit uses a laser cut bracket finished in satin black powder coat to mount the catch can neatly at the front of the engine bay. The can itself features an internal baffle and dipstick, and detaches for easy maintenance. Supplied with Pro Hoses silicone hoses, all fixtures and fittings, and a step-by-step fitting guide.
