Airtec Motorsport Oil Cooler for VW Polo (AW)
Part of Airtec's expanding VW range, this external oil cooler kit addresses steady oil temperature issues on the Polo GTI 2.0 TSI AW during track or fast road use.
Fitting a large-capacity, 13-row Airtec oil cooler neatly behind the grille, within limited available space, was the main challenge in developing this kit. Bespoke laser-cut mounting brackets ensure a perfect fit, and the package includes high-quality braided hose lines with Aerotec fittings and an 82-degree thermostat-controlled sandwich plate. The kit integrates with the car's existing features, though minor trimming is needed to the inner plastic trim surround behind the bumper, which isn't visible once fitted.
