Airtec Motorsport Oil Cooler for Suzuki Swift Sport MHEV
Part of Airtec's expanding Suzuki range, this external oil cooler kit addresses the Swift Sport Boosterjet MHEV's struggle to maintain steady oil temperatures on track or during fast road use.
Fitting a large-capacity, 13-row Airtec oil cooler neatly behind the grille, within limited available space, was the main challenge in developing this kit. Bespoke laser-cut mounting brackets ensure a perfect fit, and the package includes high-quality braided hose lines with Aerotec fittings and an 82-degree thermostat-controlled sandwich plate. The kit integrates with the car's existing features, though minor drilling is needed to the inner plastic surround behind the bumper, which isn't visible once fitted.
