Airtec Motorsport Oil Cooler Kit for Fiat 500/595/695 Abarth
Following an extensive development process, this oil cooler kit addresses steady oil temperature issues on the Fiat 500/595/695 Abarth during track or fast road use.
Fitting a large-capacity external oil cooler within the limited space where the original intercooler setup sits, while integrating with the car's existing fixtures and needing no drilling or cutting, was the main challenge in developing this kit — making it fully reversible if needed. The package includes a tried-and-tested 19-row oil cooler, a billet powder-coated black sandwich plate, bespoke laser-cut and powder-coated brackets, and high-quality braided hose lines with Aerotec fittings, for a simple bolt-on installation.

- Designed to fit alongside an Airtec uprated intercooler — will not fit the standard twin-intercooler setup, and compatibility with other aftermarket intercoolers can't be confirmed
- As a motorsport product, some increase in engine harmonics through the cabin may be noticeable once fitted
