Airtec Motorsport Intercooler for Vauxhall Astra J 2.0 CDTI
Part of Airtec's expanding Vauxhall range, this intercooler is a direct replacement for the smaller, more restrictive OEM item on the Astra 2.0 CDTi, built to maintain performance during extended hard driving.
Working within the limited space behind the bumper, Airtec built a wider, taller and deeper core for a significant increase in overall capacity and frontal area over standard. High-flow, moulded one-piece cast end tanks and an air guide direct flow efficiently through the core. It's a direct replacement finished in black powder coat, supplied with Pro Hoses silicone connectors.
