Airtec Motorsport Intercooler Upgrade for Suzuki Swift Sport MHEV
Part of Airtec's expanding Suzuki range, this intercooler is a direct replacement for the Swift Sport Boosterjet's smaller, more restrictive OEM item, built to maintain performance during extended hard driving.
The factory intercooler is wide but shallow, with the radar sensor and air duct sitting directly in front of the core and blocking airflow. Airtec worked around the sensor to build a much deeper core in the available space, paired with a freer-flowing end tank design — 80% deeper than the original, for an 88% increase in overall capacity and a significant gain in unobstructed frontal area. It's also the only intercooler on the market with 15% larger inlet and outlets, up to 60mm from the standard 52mm, supplied with Pro Hoses silicone pipework on both hot and cold sides, with an optional matching enlarged outlet pipe kit available. It fits neatly behind the original bumper with no trimming or cutting, and can be reverted to standard.
