An ideal upgrade for remapped Cupra Rs, well suited to fast road and track use, as fitted to Airtec's own demo car — a mid-range price option offering genuinely higher quality than cheap eBay kits.
Tested
On a Stage 1 remap at AmD's rolling road, the standard setup showed 128°C into the intercooler and 49°C out, with the standard intercooler continuing to lose power under load. With Airtec's intercooler fitted, temperatures showed 126°C in and just 23°C out — a 12bhp gain in the mid-range.
