Airtec Motorsport Intercooler Upgrade for Hyundai Kona N
Part of Airtec's expanding Hyundai range, this intercooler is a direct replacement for the smaller, more restrictive OEM item on the Kona N, built to maintain performance during extended hard driving.
The factory intercooler is wide but shallow, leaving space above and below it unused; Airtec's replacement is deeper, taller and wider — 33% deeper than the original, for a 58% increase in overall capacity and a significant gain in frontal area. Inlet and outlet diameters also grow by up to 30%, to 63mm and 65mm from the standard 50mm, supplied with Pro Hoses silicone pipework joining to the OEM boost pipes. High-flow, moulded one-piece cast end tanks direct flow efficiently through the core, and the kit includes all fixtures and fittings.
