Airtec Motorsport Intercooler Upgrade for Hyundai i30N Facelift (2021 Onwards) DCT & Manual
Part of Airtec's expanding Hyundai range, this intercooler is a direct replacement for the smaller, more restrictive OEM item on the facelift (2021-2024) i30N, built to maintain performance during extended hard driving.
A stepped, twin-core design with increased depth works within the limited space behind the bumper for a significant increase in overall capacity and frontal area over standard. With a 70mm cold side, this is currently the largest intercooler on the market for the i30N. High-flow, moulded one-piece cast end tanks direct flow efficiently through the core. It fits neatly behind the original bumper with no trimming or cutting, fitting both DCT and manual gearbox models, and includes new Pro Hoses silicone hoses, taking around 2-3 hours to fit.
