Airtec Motorsport Intercooler Upgrade for Transit Custom Euro 6 (Facelift)
Part of Airtec's expanding Ford Transit range, this uprated intercooler is a direct replacement for the smaller, more restrictive OEM item on the facelift (2018 onwards) Euro 6 Custom and MS-RT, aimed at maintaining performance during extended driving — particularly noticeable on remapped vehicles.
Working within the limited space behind the bumper, Airtec built a much larger single-pass core, wider and taller than standard, for a significant increase in overall capacity and frontal area. High-flow, moulded one-piece cast end tanks direct flow efficiently through the core. The outlets stay the same size to fit the original boost hoses, with only minor undertray trimming needed on Sport models.
