Part of Airtec's expanding S-Max and Mk4 Mondeo 2.5 turbo (including XR5) range, this intercooler offers reduced charge temperatures over the original — particularly beneficial on remapped examples.
Working within the limited space behind the bumper, Airtec built a full-size, single-pass core that's wider, taller and deeper than standard, for a significant increase in both frontal area and capacity. It fits neatly behind the original bumper with no modification, and can be reverted to standard, using standard hoses with no extra pipework needed.
