Airtec Motorsport Intercooler Upgrade for Ford Focus ST Mk4
Developed and manufactured at Airtec's UK HQ, this front mount intercooler is a direct replacement for the smaller, more restrictive OEM item on the Mk4 Ford Focus ST, built to maintain performance during extended hard driving.
Working within the limited space behind the bumper, Airtec built a stepped core running from 85mm down to 35mm for a significant increase in overall capacity and frontal area over standard. High-flow, moulded one-piece cast end tanks and an internal air diverter direct flow efficiently through the core. It fits neatly behind the original bumper with only minor trimming, attaching to the original boost pipes via Airtec's own billet mountings, and can be reverted to standard, available in Pro-Series Black with or without the Airtec logo.
