Airtec Motorsport Intercooler Upgrade for Fiesta Mk7 Pre-Facelift and Facelift 1.6 Diesel
A proven vertical 50mm core intercooler running top to bottom of the end tanks, giving this single-pass design the shortest possible route for charged air — important with such a small turbo, where getting air in and out quickly matters.
The design also maximises use of the hottest part of the intercooler, the top section, keeping it fully exposed for maximum airflow — cutting more of the grille open with a Dremel or drill during fitting can improve this further. Fits both pre-facelift and facelift 1.6 diesel Mk7/Mk7.5 Fiesta models — fitting instructions differ per car, select accordingly.
