Airtec Motorsport Intercooler Upgrade for Mk6 Fiesta 1.6 TDCi
Part of Airtec's expanding Ford range, this intercooler is a direct replacement for the smaller, more restrictive OEM item on all 1.6 diesel models, built to maintain performance during extended hard driving.
A 60mm core paired with high-flow cast end tanks gives much greater surface area, efficiency and volume than standard, fitting behind the original bumper — though it does require trimming and cutting — taking around 2.5 hours to fit.
