Airtec Motorsport Intercooler Upgrade for For Volvo C30 and V50 T5 Petrol
A front mount intercooler for the For Volvo C30 T5, developed in-house at Airtec's HQ, using a huge 90mm core and smooth-flowing end tanks proven to lower intake temperatures. Also fits the For Volvo V50 T5 and S40 T5.
It bolts onto the bottom of the radiator cradle, avoiding the extra weight on the standard radiator mounts seen with other alloy intercoolers, and comes with full brackets and fittings. An optional big boost pipe kit is available in black.
Tested
The standard For Volvo C30 intercooler showed inlet/outlet temperatures of 129/57°C and 130/59°C across two runs. With Airtec's intercooler fitted, three runs showed 115-122°C into the intercooler and just 20-24°C out.
