Airtec Motorsport Intercooler Upgrade for Fiat 595 Abarth
Replaces the restrictive original twin intercooler setup and its lengthy pipework with a single Airtec 60mm core intercooler and a shorter alloy boost pipe kit.
50mm pipework from turbo to intercooler and 60mm from intercooler to throttle body keeps turbo spool sharp while maximising power output.
Dyno Tested
On a Fiat 500 Abarth fitted with a cat-back exhaust and Airtec's FMIC, three back-to-back runs showed intake temperatures of 120-123°C dropping to a consistent 22°C at the outlet — a 100-degree reduction with no heat soak.
