Airtec Motorsport Intercooler Upgrade for E46 320D
Part of Airtec's expanding BMW range, this intercooler is a direct replacement for the smaller, more restrictive OEM item on the E46 320d, built to maintain performance during extended hard driving.
A taller core with 110mm depth — 120% deeper than the original — gives a massive increase in overall capacity and 34% more frontal area over standard. High-flow, moulded one-piece cast end tanks direct flow efficiently, finished in high-quality black powder coat, and now supplied with additional Pro Hoses boost hoses so the standard boost pipes don't need cutting.

- Original intercooler: 540mm width x 130mm height x 50mm depth, 3.51-litre capacity, 702cm² frontal area
- Airtec Motorsport intercooler: 670mm width x 140mm height x 110mm depth, 10.32-litre capacity, 938cm² frontal area
- If fitted with the additional electric BMW fan on the front of the radiator, all four mounts will need spacing out to clear the intercooler
