Airtec Motorsport Inlet Manifold for Ford Focus ST & RS Mk3
Part of Airtec's expanding Ford range, this inlet manifold is a direct replacement for both the 2.0-litre Ford Focus ST and 2.3-litre Ford Focus RS Mk3, using all original fixtures and fittings, including the standard throttle body and pipework.
It retains provisions to fit either the original plastic engine cover or Airtec's own replacement, along with a moulded fixing tab for the vacuum line, just like the factory manifold. A thermal gasket is included to reduce heat transfer from the cylinder head, along with new rubber gaskets and detailed installation instructions.
Made from high-quality cast aluminium for greater strength than the original plastic assembly, it's finished in black powder coat with a raised Airtec logo for a neat OEM+ look. The improved flow over the original manifold gives a noticeable gain in throttle response — remapping isn't required, though it will unlock further gains. Four port injector bosses and fuel rail fittings also make it easy to add extra fuelling for big power builds without needing a separate port injector spacer; an additional fuel rail is available separately.
