Airtec Motorsport Induction Kit for Ford Ranger 3.2 TDCi
Designed to improve performance without changing the OEM look of the engine bay, this kit works within the factory airbox, replacing the restrictive internal components to improve flow — available as a full induction kit (filter and silicone hose), filter only, or hose only.
The Airtec by ITG filter uses a galvanised steel wire mesh core for strength, with a three-stage layered foam design that works differently to paper or cotton filters, which can trap particles on the outer layer alone. Bonded with modern adhesives, the ITG filter resists water, fumes, oils and fuels, including racing fuels. It's built from a coarse outer layer that stops large debris and straightens airflow, a medium mid-layer that traps most harmful dirt, and a fine inner layer that catches fine particles while still allowing full airflow.
The Pro Hoses silicone induction hose replaces the factory plastic item with a four-ply silicone hose of larger internal diameter and smooth internals, increasing airspeed through the intake without restriction, while retaining the OEM PCV take-off location.
