Airtec Motorsport Full Size Intercooler Upgrade for Escort RS Turbo S2
Part of Airtec's expanding RS Turbo range, this full-size intercooler is built specifically for the Series 2 model, fitting with only very minor cutting, complete with a slimline twin fan setup to clear the original bumper.
A high-flow, single-pass core with 50mm depth gives a significant increase in overall capacity and frontal area over the smaller, more restrictive OEM item. It fits neatly behind the original bumper and can be reverted to standard with no issues.
What is a Single-Pass Intercooler?
The core runs top to bottom rather than left to right as on a twin-pass design, so the vertical core sections line up side by side — this results in no boost pressure loss and better throttle response.
