Airtec Motorsport Engine Oil Breather System for Fiesta ST150
Developed after Airtec's own supercharged ST150 demo car showed excessive oil residue pushed through the breather pipes, cam cover and crankcase breather during fast road and track use — leading to vapour build-up, visible smoke, and oil residue reaching the intake and inlet. Airtec saw similar traits on naturally aspirated cars with uprated camshafts or remaps.
The kit centres on an oil breather tank that separates oil from vapour before it would otherwise return to the intake, with a level indicator and a drain for easy emptying. It includes an inlet manifold blank-off pipe (since breathing back into the manifold is no longer needed), two specially made Pro Hoses silicone lines, a mesh filter and all fixtures. It's designed to fit the original PCV setup, but can be adapted to work with Airtec's billet PCV baffle plate or other aftermarket plates with an additional hose — contact Airtec for specifics.
