Airtec Motorsport Enclosed Induction Kit for 1.8/2.0 TSI EA888 Gen 3 & 4 Engine – 2014 Onwards
Initially developed on Airtec's own Mk8 Golf R, this induction kit also fits a wide range of other EA888 Gen 3 and 4 platform cars, including the Audi 8Y S3 and Mk7/7.5 Golf R, replacing the restrictive factory airbox with a large cotton cone filter, replacement aluminium intake pipe and new enclosure.
A laser-cut heat shield protects the filter from engine bay heat, while a replacement guide force-feeds the airbox from both front grille intakes, and a slotted lid boosts induction noise. The kit also includes a replacement Pro Hoses silicone coolant pipe rerouted underneath the airbox to free up space. It's a direct, bolt-on fit for a wide range of platforms.
