Airtec Motorsport DCT Gearbox Oil Cooler
As part of Airtec Motorsport's expanding BMW range, this uprated DCT gearbox oil cooler is built for track or fast road use, using Airtec's own core design to keep transmission oil temperatures under control when the factory cooler starts to struggle.
During extended track or fast road use, particularly on cars running increased power, DCT oil temperatures can climb beyond what the factory cooling can handle. Once that happens, the car's ECU will pull engine torque and put the car into limp mode to protect the transmission, and persistent overheating can cause permanent damage. Airtec's cooler is designed to prevent this by improving cooling capacity over the standard unit.
