Airtec Motorsport Breather Catch Can Kit for Fiesta 1.0 EcoBoost
Part of Airtec's expanding Ford range, this oil catch can is a preventative upgrade for the Fiesta 1.0 EcoBoost Mk7, aimed at track or fast road use.
Catch cans are an important safeguard for direct injection engines, stopping blow-by gases and oil vapour from the CCV port or PCV valve from reaching the intake and forming carbon build-up over time — a particular concern on the EcoBoost engine, which is known for reliability issues without good preventative maintenance. This kit mounts using the heat shield from Airtec's Stage 2 induction kit, so the induction kit needs to be fitted first — it won't work with other induction kits or the original airbox. It uses a laser-cut bracket finished in powder-coated satin black, and the can itself has an internal baffle and dipstick, detaching easily for servicing.
