Airtec Motorsport Billet PCV Baffle Plate for 2.0 Duratec
Developed at Airtec's UK HQ, this billet PCV baffle plate lets 2.0 Duratec owners fit an external oil catch can or simply improve their PCV setup with a straightforward, bolt-on modification.
Machined from billet aluminium, it replaces the original PCV plate and valve, with one or two M22x1.5 take-offs machined in for fitting an external catch can, plus a one-way valve and adapter boss, finished in anodised black with an engraved Airtec logo. Internal baffles increase the surface area crankcase vapour passes over, reducing the amount of oil reaching the intake and helping prevent the carbon build-up that restricts airflow over time.
