Airtec Motorsport Big Boost Pipe Kit for Toyota Corolla GR Gen 1 Intercooler
Part of Airtec's expanding Corolla GR range, this big boost pipe kit is a direct replacement offering increased performance and response through a freer-flowing design with a larger internal diameter on both the hot and cold sides.
The kit tapers gently from the 40mm turbo outlet up to 50mm — a 25% increase — as it reaches the inlet side of Airtec's Stage 1 intercooler. From the intercooler's 60mm outlet, pipework tapers back down to the throttle body's 49.5mm size, holding a 53mm minimum at the new cast aluminium throttle body elbow — up to a 39% increase over the most restrictive section of the OEM pipework (38mm) just before the throttle body. The extra internal volume and improved geometry reduce restriction and improve flow from turbo to inlet for a genuine gain in power and response. Made from high-quality aluminium and finished in powder-coated black, the kit includes a revised throttle body elbow and a set of silicone connectors.
