Airtec Motorsport Auxiliary Radiators for 1.8/2.0 TSI EA888 Gen 4 Engine – 2020 Onwards
Part of Airtec's expanding Audi/VW/Seat range, these uprated auxiliary radiators cover both the DSG oil and engine coolant sides, aimed at track or fast road use — under sustained hard use, both can overheat, cutting engine torque, slowing gearbox shifts, and risking permanent damage.
Airtec's direct replacements are wider and thicker than the originals, increasing capacity by 67% with more frontal area to match. A quadruple-pass core forces coolant up and down the core four times before it exits, extending dwell time to further reduce temperatures. They fit neatly behind the bumper with only minor trimming of the original air duct needed, using the OEM mounts and coolant connectors, with a removable stone guard protecting the larger core from road debris.
