Airtec Motorsport Aluminium Under Tray for Fiesta Mk8 incl. ST
A direct-replacement aluminium under tray for the Fiesta Mk8, including ST, addressing the fibre-material factory tray's tendency to weaken and fail over time.
Built from a full 3D scan of the car's underside for an exact fit, it reuses all original mounting points, with two additional Rivnut fixings into existing holes in the front subframe for extra strength. The design spans the full front end to improve aerodynamics, with a large centre scoop directing air up into the engine bay to help manage under-bonnet temperatures at speed, and a second scoop feeding the gearbox to help control transmission temperature on road and track.
What does an under tray do?
An under tray serves three main purposes: protecting the underside of the car from road debris and impact damage, improving aerodynamics by smoothing airflow underneath the car to reduce drag and improve grip, handling and efficiency, and — on performance models like this one — actively venting cold air to or extracting warm air from the engine bay for extra cooling.

Please Note
- Uses existing mounting points and bolts, but the original plastic fittings the bolts thread into must be in good condition to hold torque properly — replace any that are worn or stripped with new Ford items before fitting
- Two existing holes in the subframe need enlarging to secure the additional fixings
