Airtec Motorsport 70mm Core Intercooler Upgrade for Fiesta Mk6 and ST150
After trialling several designs, this 70mm intercooler proved a genuine winner for the Mk6 Fiesta, ideal for turbocharged or supercharged ST150s and custom TDCi diesel upgrades (extra parts required to fit the latter).
Because the core is 70mm thick, fitting requires cutting the lower radiator cradle and trimming the grille each side behind the bumper — all centre grille clips are retained for a factory look once refitted.

Please Note
- Requires cutting the lower radiator cradle and grille trimming
- If upgrading a Jamsport intercooler, contact them for new required Airtec pipework (not currently available direct from Airtec)
- Because Airtec's intercooler flows more air and can increase boost pressure, an adjusted map may be needed to ensure sufficient fuelling
