Airtec Motorsport 200 Cell Sports Cat Downpipe for MK8 Golf GTI
Replacing the restrictive factory catalytic converter with a larger-diameter pipe and a free-flowing 200-cell sports cat cuts back pressure significantly, for sharper response, more power and a more aggressive exhaust note, while still being able to pass emissions tests.
Made from high-quality stainless steel, the downpipe measures 90mm from the turbo, tapering to 76mm after the cat. It includes lambda sensor bosses, a flexi-joint for durability, and a decorative Airtec plaque, with connectors included to mate to either the original exhaust or aftermarket systems.
