Airtec Motorsport 2.5-Inch Big Boost Pipes with 70mm Cold Side for Ford Focus ST and RS Mk2
A big boost pipe kit for remapped Ford Focus ST and RS Mk2s, replacing Ford's restrictive 2.0" boost pipes with a 2.5" hot side hard pipe upgrade — worth 11.8bhp and 9lb ft of torque in testing, simply by bolting on the kit.
The hot side (turbo to intercooler) uses lightweight 2.5" alloy connected with 5-ply silicone hose joiners, now paired with a new 70mm cold side hose expanding to fit a standard-size throttle body. All pipes have swaged ends to stop them popping off at higher boost levels. Built for big-power Ford Focus RS models — best suited to 375bhp and over. Choose between standard (63mm) or uprated (70mm) throttle body sizing. Fitting takes 1-2 hours.

- Ford Focus ST225 must be fitted with 2.5" intercooler outlets (stock ST is 2") — fits Airtec's Stage 3 intercooler, not Stage 1/2
- Pipework only available in black; custom colours made to order with a 5-10 day delay
- Check clearance against sharp radiator edges when fitting — the hose must be angled correctly to avoid contact
