Airtec Motorsport 2.5-Inch Big Boost Pipe Kit for Ford Focus MK2
A big boost pipe kit for remapped Ford Focus RS Mk2s, everything needed included, replacing Ford's restrictive 2.0" boost pipes with a 2.5" hard pipe upgrade — worth 11.8bhp and 9lb ft of torque in testing, achieved simply by bolting on the kit.
The hot side (turbo to intercooler) uses lightweight 2.5" alloy with 5-ply silicone hose joiners; the cold side (intercooler to throttle body) is a single-piece 2.5" silicone hose with no joins for extra flow, available with or without a dump valve outlet. Built for big-power Ford Focus RS models — best suited to 375bhp and over, tested on Airtec's own 400bhp demo car. All pipes have swaged ends to prevent blow-off. Fitting takes around an hour.

- Ford Focus ST225 must be fitted with 2.5" intercooler outlets (stock ST is 2") — fits Airtec's Stage 3 intercooler, not Stage 1/2
