Airtec Motorsport 2.5-Inch Big Boost Pipe Kit for Ford Focus Mk2 – Hot Side Only
A big boost pipe kit for remapped RS and big power ST models, replacing Ford's restrictive 2.0" boost pipes with a 2.5" hard pipe upgrade — worth 11.8bhp and 9lb ft of torque in testing, gained simply by bolting on the kit including the additional cold side pipe.
Built for big-power Ford Focus RS models — best suited to 375bhp and over, and tested on Airtec's own 400bhp demo car. The hot side (turbo to intercooler) is made from 2.5" lightweight alloy, connected with 5-ply silicone hose joiners, with swaged pipe ends to stop them blowing off under big boost. Fitting takes around an hour.

Please Note
- Fits Airtec, Pace, Pro-Alloy, Forge and Ford OEM intercoolers
- Ford Focus ST225 must be fitted with an intercooler using 2.5" outlets — the stock ST intercooler is 2"
- Only fits the Ford Focus ST Stage 3 intercooler — will not fit the Stage 1/2 intercooler
