AiM GPS09 Module
The GPS09 works with almost twenty satellites at once and fixes vehicle position to an average tolerance of under one metre, which is what makes its automatic lap and split times trustworthy. It locks onto the satellite signal moments after switch-on and holds it through noise and interference on the system, and it stays reliable in poor conditions. Connection to your AiM device is a single CAN cable. Once fitted, it gives position, speed, in-line and lateral G, cornering and automatic lap times, with GPS Manager used to set start/finish lines and splits or to download AiM's track database.

- The roof version routes the cable through the mounting base for fitting on closed cars.
